What file types are supported?
Read Your Ebook is focused on EPUB support first. PDF support is a future feature idea.
Does the app replace reading the full book?
No. It helps you preview, review, and remember books. AI-generated summaries can miss context or contain mistakes.
Can I choose how detailed the summary is?
Yes. The app is designed around quick, balanced, and detailed digest modes.
Can I summarize in another language?
The app supports a set of high-demand summary languages, with room to expand after launch.
What happens to my uploaded book text?
Uploaded EPUB content is processed to generate your digest. The final privacy policy should match production storage, retention, and AI-provider behavior exactly.
How do credits work?
Credits control digest generation capacity. The backend may reserve an estimated cost during processing and spend credits when generated digest text is saved successfully.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation should happen through the billing portal or app-store subscription settings, depending on the final payment provider.
How do I delete my account?
Use the public account deletion page or contact contact@readyourebook.com.
